Meat
  • 1 lb Ground beef or ground venison, lean
Produce
  • 2 Carrots, large
  • 2 Celery stalks, large
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic
  • 1 cup Green beans, frozen
  • 1 Onion, small
  • 1 14.5 oz. canTomatoes
  • 1 cup Yukon gold potatoes
Canned Goods
  • 3 cups Beef broth, low sodium
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
Baking & Spices
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tsp Sea salt
Oils & Vinegars
  • 2 tsp Avocado or olive oil

    Instructions

    • Set your Instant Pot to Saute.  Add oil and beef (or venison) and cook until browned.  Add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine.  Lock lid and set Instant Pot to Manual for 15 minutes.  Quick or Natural Release both work great for this recipe.

    For the Slow Cooker:

    • In a large skillet, brown beef in oil over medium high heat.  Add browned beef and remaining ingredients to a slow cooker.  Stir well to combine.  Cook on High for 3-4 hours or Low for 6-8 hours.
